I think we're all, other than City and possibly Liverpool, in a holding pattern until a European superleague fucks off the mega-rich club and we can have a competitive league again. When that'll be and what will be left of us, Arsenal, Everton and whatnot by then, I have no idea

I can't see it happening but what's really needed is for the Premier League to follow the Bundesliga model where commercial investors aren't allowed more than 49% ownership of the club and the fans own the rest. nt
