I've got this horrible ache in the knuckle of my index finger and it's all a bit swollen. I was convinced it was the first signs of osteoarthritis but having done a search on chat GPT, I'm now convinced I've done it in the gym by not gripping the bars properly. Fucking hurts though

chatGPT is an excellent reference, much better as Google as it isn;t business based so has less bias, but do not trust it with the important stuff. Hahaha. Well, thanks to chat GPT, I had a better check of it and rather than being right on the knuckle the discomfort seems to be in the tendon immediatelyjust behind it deep probably not arthritis. I'll take the week away from the gym and see if it goes down - by Dougal - 23 June 2025 09:53AM
